St Paul Street Gallery
From where she was standing is an exhibition of new work by Maddie Leach, which references her time as artist in residence in Mandurah, Western Australia in 2014. The project follows and extends a curious historical narrative between a rock, a meteorite and a missing plaque in small town Western Australia.
Zeroing in on the meteorite’s presence the show, we are hosting a talk by meteorite specialist Joel Schiff – including samples of meteorites – at the gallery.
